APB provides 44 billion kip of loans to Savannakhet farmers

(KPL) Agriculture Promotion Bank in Savannakhet has provided 44 billion kip to promote farming activities and market-oriented production of locals in Savannakhet so far this fiscal year.
The bank has provided 15 billion kip for rice farming of local farmers in ten districts across the province, benefiting 169 villages of 6,000 families, said early this month Head of Agriculture Promotion Bank in Savannakhet, Mr. Somphone Kittilath.
The bank also provided 242 million kip for promoting the production of various cash crops during this monsoon season in two districts in the province.
