Gravity-fed water opens for public use in Sayaboury

(KPL) New gravity-fed water in Phaxang village, Sayaboury district, was handed over to locals use and control last week.
The construction of gravity-fed water was supported by the Lao Telecom Communication Enterprise with worth of 56 million kip and villagers contributed 7 million kip and 9 million kip from Sayaboury district.
The handover ceremony was took place last week at Phaxang village, Sayaboury district, Sayaboury province.
The function was attended by Deputy Director General of Lao Telecom Communication Enterprise, Xanyout Nonthasin, representatives of Sayaboury province, Deputy Chief of Sayaboury District and concerned officials.
At the same day, the company provided a number of education equipment, sport gears and clothes to 81needy students in Phaxang Primary school and Phonesa-ad village, Sayaboury district.
