Charity Golf held in Savannakhet

(KPL) A charity golf competition was held last two weeks to raise fund for the Poverty Reduction Fund of Savannakhet province and to celebrate the 17th anniversary founding of Constitution Day and congratulate reopen a flight between Vientiane-Savannakhet-Vientiane.
The event competed for Standing Deputy Prime Minister’s Trophy, which took place at the Dao Heuang Golf Course. The competition was attended by Standing Deputy Prime Minister Mr Somsavat Lengsavad, Savannakhet Governor Vilayvanh Phomkhe and more than 129 golfers from other provinces.
26 local businesspeople and investors in the province have contributed more than 148 million kip and 116,000 baht and generated from the competition worth 21 million kip.
